Q. How do I order?
A. Ordering from Merryvale Vineyards is easy. Browse through our website and select those items you want to purchase by adding them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout and place your order.
Q. Why can`t you ship alcohol to my state?
A. Legislation regarding the direct shipment of alcohol varies from state to state. Please note that the laws are in flux! For more information, go to Freethegrapes.org.
Q. What information is required to place an order?
A. Ordering on our website requires the following information to process and fulfill your order:
- The product(s) you wish to purchase.
- The quantity of the product(s)you wish to purchase.
- The state to which the order is shipped.
- A valid method of payment.
- Your first & last name.
- Your complete address (billing and shipping).
- Your daytime phone number.
- Your email address
- Your birthdate
In addition, if you would like to ship your order as a gift to a different address than your billing address, we also need the first and last name of the person to whom you want to send your gift along with their complete address and daytime telephone number.
Q. How do I know that you received my order?
A. After you click "Submit My Order", you'll receive a confirmation number. If you do not receive a confirmation number and message, you will likely be presented with a screen that indicates why your order could not be processed, and asking you to correct some aspect of the order. When you have corrected the problem, click "Submit My Order" again to submit your order with the revised information.
Q. How do I know that my order and customer information is secure?
A. Merryvale Vineyards uses the best in secure server technology for all transactions on the site. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. In addition, all of your customer data is protected against unauthorized access.
Q. I'm having trouble completing my order. The website keeps telling me that I have timed out. What's the problem?
A. For you to complete entering your account information, you must have your browser enabled to accept cookies. The cookies help our website identify you. For instructions on how to turn on your cookies, please see your browser's Help feature. If this does not correct the problem, please contact us.
