2023 Merryvale MAGNUM Rose of Pinot Noir 1.5L

WINEMAKING

A classic Provençal style wine sourced from the historic Stanly Ranch. The fruit was hand harvested before dawn to preserve natural acidity and freshness. The clusters were gently whole cluster pressed to stainless steel and concrete tank, then fermented and aged like a white wine in concrete cube and stainless-steel drums.

TASTING NOTES

A gorgeous pale salmon color with aromas of apricots, wild strawberries, carnation with a hint of flinty minerality that is attributable to the maritime influence where the grapes are grown. On the palate the wine is vibrant with excellent acidity and length- a beautifully balanced, finessed, and precise rose that will pair with a wide range of foods and patios.
